I’ve fallen a bit behind with posting about cakes – and unfortunately I don’t have many pictures for this one. But for Pi Day (March 14th) this year I made a Boston cream pie. It’s basically a sponge cake with cream filling and not a pie at all (who are you kidding, Boston). The white chocolate pis were made using a silicone ice cube tray as a mould.
It was really humid that day and the cream melted and made it look pretty average. But it was yum! A good Pi Day dessert c:
